" The Three Heart Essences "
with
Tog Den Won Po, Geshe Chongtul Rinpoche

Nying Po Nam Soom represents the essence of the 84,000 teachings of Tonpa Shenrab, the Enlightened
One of the Bon tradition. This vast expanse of knowledge is condensed into 3 powerful mantras known as the Three Heart Essences.
Used by the Bonpo since 16,000BC, they have been recited billions of times by the Bonpo down through the ages. These 3 mantras
are contained in the Dzogchen Ngondro, or Foundational Practices of the Yungdrung Bon. They are a potent elixar that can potentiate
the practitioner, facilitate healing, and literally bring one from the clutches of despair.
